Are you a confident, creative, and qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) ready to make a lasting impact in the classroom? rTriibe is on the lookout for a dedicated HLTA to support schools across Wigan, bringing their energy, skills, and passion to a rewarding educational environment.
In this dynamic role, you’ll take on a wide range of responsibilities—from supporting learning activities across multiple year groups to delivering lessons in the teacher’s absence. With your expertise, you’ll play a vital part in enhancing student progress and wellbeing, using tailored strategies such as literacy interventions and possibly even specialist skills like sign language.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to hold a Level 4 or 5 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent), have experience across different year groups, and possess Level 2 Maths and English skills. Your Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one), ICT confidence, and up-to-date knowledge of teaching strategies will help you succeed. We’re looking for someone who can inspire trust, solve problems creatively, and build strong relationships with pupils and staff alike.
