Are you an inspiring Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) ready to take the next step in your teaching career? rTriibe is seeking a dynamic HLTA to join primary schools in Pensby, delivering engaging learning experiences across KS1 and KS2. With your expertise in English, Maths, and ICT, you will play a central role in the classroom, supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons for individuals, small groups, and whole classes
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
• Support children with SEN and implement effective safeguarding practices
• Promote positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive learning environment
• Assist teachers in classroom management and curriculum delivery
Qualifications and Skills:
• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Level 2 proficiency in English, Maths, and ICT
• Experience supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2
• Strong knowledge of SEN and safeguarding requirements
• Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
