We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HLTA to support teachers, lead small group interventions, and inspire students to reach their full potential.
• Location: Solihull
• Salary: £90 -£100 per day (depending on experience)
• Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons under the guidance of the teacher.
• Lead small group interventions and provide targeted learning support.
• Assist with classroom management, behavior support, and engagement strategies.
• Cover lessons in the absence of the class teacher when required.
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to support students with additional needs.
• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to teaching staff.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Person Specification:
• Qualifications: HLTA status or Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and behavior management.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a school setting.
• Requirements: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
