We are looking for a highly skilled Specialist Teaching and Learning Assistant (STLA) for a rewarding, full-time placement in the Chapel-en-le-Frith area. This role offers the security of a long-term contract with a clear pathway to a permanent position.
Key Requirements:
Specialist Background: You must have a solid track record in a PRU, AP, or SEND specialist setting.
Education: A Level 3 Qualification in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning is essential.
Reliability: As the role is full-time, you must have your own transport (with business insurance) to ensure consistent attendance.
Behavior Management: Proven ability to manage challenging behavior and implement de-escalation strategies.
Essential Criteria:
Level 3 NVQ/CACHE or similar.
Enhanced DBS check.
Expertise in SEND/SEMH environments.
