Salary: £90 -£100 per day
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will:
✔ Lead and support lessons in the absence of the teacher, ensuring students stay engaged and on task.
✔ Assist with planning, preparing, and delivering differentiated lessons for students.
✔ Provide targeted support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
✔ Supervise students during class, break times, and extracurricular activities.
✔ Help maintain a positive and productive learning environment by managing student behavior effectively.
✔ Work closely with teachers to monitor student progress and implement interventions where needed.

Person Specification:
We are looking for candidates who have:
Qualifications: HLTA status or a relevant Level 4 qualification (or higher).
Skills: Excellent classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience: Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA is highly desirable.
Requirements: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
