Are you passionate about supporting students with diverse needs and making a real difference? rTriibe is looking for a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Bolton. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with students across EYFS to KS2, bringing your expertise in autism, ADHD, speech and language communication needs, and more, to help children thrive.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support children with a variety of Special Educational Needs (SEND) such as autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties.
Work closely with classroom teachers and other support staff to assist students in both 1:1 settings and small groups.
Engage with students at every developmental stage, from EYFS to KS2, ensuring a dynamic and varied workday.
Assist with personal care, manage challenging behavior, and support children with learning disabilities.
Foster positive development and create a nurturing environment for students to flourish.
Must-Have Qualifications: ✅
SEND Diploma or relevant qualifications in Special Educational Needs.
️ Enhanced DBS certificate (or willing to apply for one).
Significant experience working in a UK classroom setting, with a strong understanding of SEND.
️ Proven ability to support students with autism, ADHD, and other communication challenges.
