Are you a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant with a Level 3 qualification?
Do you have experience working with children with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or other learning disabilities? If so, rTriibe wants you to join our dedicated team in Bolton!
About the Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll support primary and secondary students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. You’ll collaborate closely with classroom teachers to create an inclusive learning environment tailored to the unique needs of each child. Your experience in UK classrooms and understanding of autism and trauma will be invaluable in assisting with the early development of these students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide targeted support to students with special educational needs.
• Help create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
• Manage challenging behavior with empathy and professionalism.
• Work effectively in PRUs or similar settings.
Who You Are:
• You hold a Level 3 qualification in teaching assistance.
• You have experience working with children with diverse learning needs.
• You are proactive, hardworking, and committed to making a positive impact.
Requirements:
• Up-to-date enhanced DBS certificate.
• Full-time availability from Monday to Friday.
