Supporting a vibrant Key Stage 1 classroom, you’ll play a vital role in guiding young learners through their early reading, phonics, and numeracy. With direction from the class teacher, you’ll provide individual and group support, help maintain classroom routines, and create a calm, encouraging learning space. Prior experience in a school setting is ideal, and a genuine passion for working with children is a must.
