Daily Rate: £85.04 – £95.00

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We’re seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work in a nurturing Early Years or Primary school environment, providing vital 1:1 and small group support.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives on helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous UK classroom experience (Early Years and/or Primary)
Understanding of and passion for supporting SEND pupils
Confident working 1:1 or in small groups
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A caring, patient, and proactive personality
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Must be available Full Time (Part Time options may be considered)
Role Responsibilities:
Support children with additional needs in class and through targeted interventions
Build positive, supportive relationships with pupils and staff
Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Assist the class teacher with behaviour management and daily routines
Track pupil progress and provide regular feedback
