Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and helping them thrive in school? rTriibe is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team in Crewe, providing essential support to pupils, including those with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
• Support pupils’ learning in the classroom and during social activities, outings, and therapy sessions.
• Assist teachers with planning and preparing learning materials.
• Supervise pupils in the playground and manage classroom behaviour.
• Encourage positive engagement, helping pupils achieve their educational goals.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment that supports inclusion and development.
What We’re Looking For
• Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent).
• Experience supporting children with SEND.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Commitment to creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
