Key Responsibilities:
• Support vulnerable children with their schoolwork, providing tailored assistance to help them succeed.
• Assist with therapy sessions, promoting positive development and helping students with their physical and emotional needs.
• Participate in social activities, outings, and sports events, ensuring students are fully engaged and included.
• Foster an inclusive learning environment that encourages students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support lesson plans and activities, ensuring the needs of each student are met.
Requirements:
• Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in teaching support, ideally with children who have SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
• Full-time availability with a commitment to the role.
• Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
• A genuine passion for working with children and making a lasting impact on their educational journey.
