As an LSA with rTriibe, you’ll provide invaluable assistance to students by helping them communicate effectively, understand instructions, and develop their personal skills. You’ll be directly involved in reading sessions, story-telling, and supporting physical activities, ensuring you’re integral to their educational journey. The role also involves caring for vulnerable children, supervising group activities, and participating in therapy sessions.
Additionally, you’ll work closely with teachers, assisting in planning and executing learning activities, and managing class behaviour.
