Join the rTriibe as a Learning Support Assistant in Kirkby and make a real difference in the lives of young learners! Your role will include supporting and encouraging students in their schoolwork, enhancing their communication skills, and ensuring they feel confident in their abilities.
Your responsibilities will involve listening to children read, aiding in understanding instructions, and providing extra support for those who need it. You’ll be a supportive presence during social activities, outings, and sports events, ensuring all pupils feel included and engaged. Assisting teachers with planning, preparing materials, and managing classroom behaviour, you’ll become an invaluable part of the team.
We want someone who can create a safe and nurturing environment, particularly for vulnerable children who need extra physical care and support. Whether you’re helping out during therapy sessions or supervising group activities, your positive impact will empower students to thrive.
