Join the rTriibe as a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in Warrington. If you’re passionate about making a real difference in young lives, this role is your chance to shine. As an LSA, you’ll be the motivating force behind students, inspiring them to achieve and excel both inside and outside the classroom.
Your role will involve supporting pupils in their schoolwork, encouraging communication, and ensuring they feel confident in their abilities. From helping children complete tasks to supporting them during social activities, outings, and sports events, your impact will be felt throughout the school day.
You’ll also assist teachers with planning learning activities, managing classroom behaviour, and preparing materials, all while following care plans for children with specific needs. Whether listening to a child read or stepping in during therapy sessions, your presence will be essential to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
