Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Rate: £85.04–£95 per day
Location: Wolverhampton
Are you a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team and make a positive impact in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
Assist teachers in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Support pupils with SEND, including those with Autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
Help manage classroom behaviour using effective strategies.
Contribute to pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development.
Requirements:
Proven UK classroom experience in Early Years or Primary settings.
Strong understanding of SEND and inclusive education practices.
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
Available for Full-Time work (Part-Time availability also considered).
