Are you passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives? rTriibe is searching for a compassionate and dynamic Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Salford. Your dedication to supporting pupils’ physical, emotional, and academic needs will play a crucial role in their educational journey.
Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one and group support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Assist with social activities, therapy sessions, and other school routines, fostering a positive learning experience.
• Collaborate with teachers to plan, prepare, and adapt educational materials and activities for individual needs.
• Support classroom management and help maintain a structured, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
• Supervise and engage students during break times, ensuring a secure and stimulating playground setting.
Qualifications:
• Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent).
• Previous experience supporting children with SEND in a school setting.
• Strong spoken and written English skills.
• Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Availability:
Full-time, Monday to Friday.
