Join the rTriibe as a Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant and make a real difference to the lives of young learners in Birmingham! If you have a passion for education, love working with children, and possess excellent communication and classroom management skills, we want you in our team. Your role will involve supporting pupils’ learning, managing transitions and behaviour, and promoting their independence and self-esteem.
Familiarity with the UK educational system is essential, and an Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service, or the willingness to apply for one, is a must. You’ll need to demonstrate your ability to plan and deliver engaging activities, as well as prepare classrooms for lessons, ensuring that they run smoothly. We’re seeking someone with the flexibility to provide 1:1 support across primary and secondary settings, always with a safeguarding focus.
