We are seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and dynamic school in Burnley, where you will play a crucial role in supporting students and teachers to create a positive learning environment.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students, providing one-on-one and small-group support, assisting with classroom activities, and helping to manage behaviour. Your patience, active listening skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in encouraging student engagement and fostering their academic and personal growth.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) and UK school-based experience.
