In this full-time position, you’ll be working closely with teachers to deliver tailored support to pupils across a range of abilities, helping create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Your Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification—whether it’s a CACHE, RQF, NVQ or TQUK certificate—combined with your UK school-based experience, makes you a strong asset in supporting teaching and learning.
We’re looking for someone with great communication skills, patience, and a calm approach, especially when things get challenging. You’ll need to be flexible, understanding, and ready to adapt, all while having the natural ability to connect with pupils and encourage their growth. Your talent for active listening, your willingness to collaborate, and your ability to teach new skills in a relatable way will be key to student success.
