If you have a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning or equivalent, alongside strong literacy and numeracy skills, we want to hear from you!
Your role will be pivotal in providing one-on-one or small group support to pupils with special educational needs within a vibrant school setting. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are a must, as you’ll work alongside teachers to create a nurturing and supportive environment for the pupils. An understanding of child development and a patient, friendly demeanour will set you apart as a standout candidate.
Flexibility is key as you’ll adapt to the varying needs of the students and the school. An Enhanced DBS Check and experience within a UK school setting will put you ahead of the pack.
