As a Level 3 SEN TA, you’ll play a vital role in assisting pupils with additional learning needs, working both one-on-one and in small groups, and ensuring every student gets the attention and encouragement they need to succeed. Your excellent understanding of child development, coupled with strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills, will help foster a nurturing, structured learning environment.
We’re seeking someone with relevant UK school-based experience, an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one), and a minimum of GCSEs (A–C) in English and Maths* or equivalent. A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or its equivalent, such as the RQF Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools Certificate, is essential for this role. Your patience, friendly nature, and flexibility will make you an invaluable part of the classroom.
