Are you a skilled Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting young learners? rTriibe is looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team in Llandudno. You will have the opportunity to assist in nurturing the next generation, working across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. Your Level 3 qualification or equivalent is your ticket to creating a fun and engaging learning environment.
In this role, you’ll bring your expertise in classroom management to assist teachers and lead small groups, as well as develop and implement bespoke programmes tailored to individual student needs. Your ability to prepare lesson resources and set achievable targets will ensure each student experiences waves of progress and development. Plus, you get the chance to shine by reporting on their progress.
Building lasting relationships is at the heart of what we do. You’ll liaise with pupils, staff, parents, carers, and external agencies, making sure everyone is aligned on the journey.
