Are you passionate about supporting students and making a meaningful difference in education? rTriibe is seeking a dedicated Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Teaching Assistant to work in schools across Wrexham, helping students with special educational needs reach their full potential.
In this rewarding role, you will support students across a variety of classroom settings, working closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning plans. Your ability to adapt resources and provide individualised support will be key in ensuring every student can engage, participate, and succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support students with additional learning needs on a one-to-one or small group basis
• Assist in implementing tailored learning plans
• Adapt classroom materials to meet individual student needs
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
• Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
• Encourage student independence and confidence
Requirements:
• Previous experience working with SEN/ALN students
• Level 2 or Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (preferred)
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to provide two references covering the past 24 months
