Are you an enthusiastic and energetic individual with a passion for Physical Education? We are seeking a PE Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant school in Burnley, helping to engage students in sports and physical activities while ensuring a structured and positive learning environment.
As a PE Cover Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for delivering pre-prepared PE lessons, supervising students during activities, and maintaining discipline in the absence of the regular teacher. Your confidence, patience, and ability to motivate students will be essential in keeping them engaged and encouraging teamwork, fitness, and sportsmanship.
The ideal candidate will have UK school-based experience and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one). While a teaching qualification (PGCE) or relevant Level 2/3 qualification in education support is preferred, it is not essential. What truly matters is your passion for PE, strong classroom management skills, and ability to inspire students to be active and participate in sports.
