We are seeking a Primary Supply Teacher to work across KS1 and KS2 in Oldham. This role is ideal for a passionate and adaptable teacher who thrives in different classroom environments.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience teaching in KS1 and KS2.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership skills to effectively manage the classroom and engage pupils.
• Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils’ needs.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Adapt lessons to support individual learning styles and abilities.
• Maintain a positive and structured learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to promote learning.
• Ensure compliance with curriculum standards and school policies.
