Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and ready to support a vibrant school environment? rTriibe is seeking a reliable and proactive School Administrator to join a dedicated team in Bolton. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy office, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

As a key member of the school’s front office, you’ll be the first point of contact for students, parents, and staff—handling everything from managing attendance records to updating databases, supporting meetings, and maintaining clear communication across the school. Your role will be essential to creating a welcoming and well-functioning environment.

We’re looking for someone with strong administration experience, ideally within a UK school setting, and familiarity with systems such as SIMS or BROMCOM. You should hold relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 Award in Support Work in Schools, Level 3 Business Admin Diploma, T Level in Management and Administration, or a QLS Level 5 School Administrator Training Diploma.

Key to success in this role are excellent organisational, communication, and customer service skills, alongside the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. You must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to get one) and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other standard software tools.
