Key Responsibilities:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
• Classroom Management: Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task.
• Lesson Delivery: Present pre-prepared lesson materials and manage classroom behavior effectively.
• Student Support: Provide guidance and assistance to students during lessons.
• Adaptability: Step into a variety of subject areas and year groups as needed.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with school staff to maintain a positive learning environment.

Person Specification:
• Qualifications: Experience in an educational setting preferred (Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor, or similar roles).
• Skills: Strong communication, classroom management, and adaptability.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with safeguarding policies and a genuine passion for working with young people.
• Other Requirements: Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
