Role Overview
As a Science Teacher, you will teach students from KS3 to KS5, creating engaging lessons that support academic progress and foster a love for science.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver high-quality science lessons across KS3–KS5
• Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
• Support pupils’ academic and personal development
• Uphold safeguarding standards and school policies
Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in UK secondary school settings
• Strong subject knowledge in science
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• Two professional references covering the last 24 months
• Open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
