Join rTriibe, a dynamic recruitment agency, as a Secondary Behaviour Support specialist in Leeds. We’re on the lookout for someone with excellent listening skills, patience, trustworthiness, and empathy. Your role will be to work closely with pupils, helping them develop better behaviour norms, and providing vital support to students requiring that extra bit of guidance.
You’ll be conducting one-to-one mentoring sessions, leveraging your experience in behaviour management strategies. Your expertise will be key in identifying those in need of support and acting as a beacon of positivity and change for young people facing behavioural and emotional challenges. With your strong communication skills, you’ll be a bridge between pupils, teachers and parents.
If you have an Enhanced DBS certificate or are willing to apply for one, and can offer your full or part-time availability between Monday to Friday, we’d love to hear from you.
