Are you passionate about supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? rTriibe is looking for dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistants to join our team in Birkenhead.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in local schools, supporting pupils both academically and emotionally within a safe and nurturing environment.
The Role:
• Provide 1:1 and small group SEMH support
• Lead activities that promote emotional regulation and resilience
• Encourage positive behaviour and build pupils’ self-esteem
• Support students with SEN to access learning effectively
• Work closely with teachers and pastoral teams
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or SEN needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A patient, resilient and proactive approach
• Availability full-time or at least 3 days per week
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Two professional references covering the last 24 months
