We are seeking an experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a nurturing and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead activities with individuals or small groups to support their physical, emotional, and educational development in a safe setting.
• Promote and reinforce self-esteem and positive behaviour.
• Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to reach their full potential.
• Build strong relationships through good oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
• Experience working with students with SEMH and SEN.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Available for full-time work or at least 3 days per week.
