Join the rTriibe as an SEMH Teaching Assistant and make a real difference in the lives of students in Ganstead! If you have a knack for leading activities to support learners’ physical, emotional, and educational development, we want to hear from you. Your role will involve creating a safe and nurturing environment while helping students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) build self-esteem alongside their educational pursuits.
As a valued member of the rTriibe, you will work closely with students, drawing on your strong interpersonal and oral communication skills to make learning engaging and impactful. Whether you are available full-time or at least three days a week, your dedication to facilitating personal growth and educational success will be fully supported by our team.
