We are looking for adaptable and experienced SEMH Teaching Assistants to join our pool of supply staff, supporting schools across the area. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy variety and want to make a meaningful impact on pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Responsibilities May Include:
• Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEMH and additional SEN
• Delivering structured activities to promote emotional, social, and educational development
• Creating a safe and supportive learning environment
• Working collaboratively with teachers and pastoral teams to meet student needs
We Are Looking For Candidates Who:
• Have experience working with SEMH and SEN pupils in a school or similar setting
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are confident, resilient, and calm under pressure
• Are available for supply work at least 3 days per week
• Hold an Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service, or are willing to apply
