We’re rTriibe, and we’re seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team in Middlesborough. If you’re skilled in fostering nurturing environments and are equipped with the resilience and patience to support these unique pupils, then we want to hear from you!
At rTriibe, we value those who have experience handling challenging behaviours, SEN, or mental health needs over formal qualifications. However, qualifications such as an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, or specific SEMH training like Team-Teach, are highly desirable. Your role will involve supporting students with SEN and assisting in creating and implementing effective behaviour management strategies.
