If you’re someone with previous experience in special educational needs (SEN) environments or a background in managing mental health challenges, this is your chance to shine. Bring your skills in behaviour management and knowledge of SEMH needs to a role where you’ll assist in implementing EHCPs and help students re-engage with their education. Additional certification in Team-Teach or Autism Awareness will set you apart, as will an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning.
