Are you a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant passionate about supporting children with social, emotional, and mental health needs? rTriibe is looking for compassionate professionals in Wallasey to create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for students with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support students with SEMH needs through 1:1 or small group activities.
• Promote positive behaviour, self-esteem, and emotional development.
• Assist in planning and implementing activities that support physical, emotional, and educational growth.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Maintain strong communication and interpersonal relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Experience supporting children with SEN, including SEMH needs.
• Ability to manage behaviour and facilitate positive learning experiences.
• Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Commitment to making a meaningful difference in students’ lives.
