Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? rTriibe is looking for dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistants in West Kirby to join our tribe and help facilitate the educational and emotional development of students. If you have the experience and the right interpersonal and communication skills, we want to hear from you!
This role involves leading activities with individuals or small groups in a safe, supportive environment, promoting self-esteem, and reinforcing positive behaviours. You should have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and be available to work full time or at least three days a week. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help create an engaging and supportive atmosphere that encourages student growth.
