We are seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role or in leading groups of students.
Key Requirements:
– Confident, engaging, and skilled in classroom management.
– Ability to supervise pupils during pre-prepared exercises in the absence of a teacher.
– Strong rapport-building skills with both students and staff.
– Specialist subject knowledge is a plus.
– An Enhanced DBS is required.
– Flexible availability for part-time or full-time work.
