This role is ideal for a confident and experienced HLTA who is ready to take initiative in leading small group interventions and stepping into whole-class cover when needed. You’ll be working in an SEN setting where understanding diverse learning needs, from autism to sensory processing challenges, is key. You’ll be a bridge between teachers and support staff, ensuring pupils receive the help they need to thrive.
