Job Vacancy: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Stafford (ST17)
Rate: £85.04 – £95 per day
Availability: Full-Time / Part-Time
Are you passionate about supporting pupils with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners.
Requirements:
UK classroom experience (Early Years or Primary)
Strong understanding of SEN/SEND support
Confident in classroom and behaviour management
Able to provide support in 1:1 or small group settings
Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
Available full-time (part-time also considered)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualised support to pupils with a range of SEND needs
Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment
Monitor and support pupils’ academic and personal progress
Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
