Role & Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet a range of SEN needs
• Create and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Adapt teaching strategies to support pupils with additional learning needs
• Monitor, assess, and track student progress effectively
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and parents
• Promote inclusion, independence, and emotional wellbeing
• Manage behaviour positively and maintain a structured classroom environment
• Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies at all times

✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education (BEd), Degree Apprenticeship with QTS, or equivalent qualification
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience within UK school-based environments
• Full-time availability
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Two references covering the last 24 months (work, academic, character, or school-based)
• Strong commitment to supporting pupils with SEN
