We’re looking for someone with experience in Primary and EYFS settings who thrives when supporting children with additional needs. This is a rewarding role where you’ll provide 1:1 support and lead small group interventions, helping pupils with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia and other learning needs to flourish in an inclusive environment.
The Role:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
• Work closely with the class teacher to adapt learning activities
• Support children’s academic, social and emotional development
• Create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience supporting children with SEN (Primary/EYFS)
• A proactive, patient and compassionate approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
