Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs? rTriibe is on the lookout for dedicated professionals to join our supply team, working flexibly across primary and secondary schools in Bolton. Your expertise can make a real difference, even on a temporary basis!
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs.
• Work alongside classroom teachers to implement and adapt learning plans.
• Support children with conditions such as dyslexia, Down syndrome, and communication challenges.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment for all pupils.
• Step into varied classroom settings, offering adaptability and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills:
• SEND Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience working with students with SEN in UK classrooms.
• Knowledge of strategies for supporting Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning needs.
• Proactive, adaptable, and patient approach to working in dynamic settings.
• Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
