We’re looking for skilled and caring SEN TAs to join inclusive primary schools across Coventry, providing tailored support to pupils who need it most.
Position: SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary
Location: Coventry
Salary: Competitive, DOE
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Your Role Will Include:
• Supporting children with SEN on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Assisting in the creation of personalised learning strategies
• Helping pupils feel valued, included, and empowered
• Collaborating with classroom staff and SENCOs
What We’re Looking For:
• SEN experience in a primary setting
• Calm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
