Your experience in SEND or a similar setting, and your ability to create a positive learning environment, will be highly valued.
You’ll work closely with students on a one-to-one basis, tailoring lessons to meet individual needs and encouraging personal growth. Your expertise in planning accessible lessons and managing challenging behaviours will shine here, and we welcome experience from support work, nursing, or related fields.
