This role is ideal for those who hold Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Qualifications or a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare & Education. Your functional skills in English and Maths will be invaluable, and any specialised courses, such as the Level 3 SEN Award, Autism Awareness, or even British Sign Language (BSL), will set you apart from the crowd.
