Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? rTriibe is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children in EYFS, KS1, and KS2 settings across vibrant and diverse primary schools in Bury.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning needs.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
• Support children with personal care needs, where required.
• Adapt learning materials for children with dyslexia, EAL, and other additional needs.
• Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours with patience and resilience.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that helps every child reach their full potential.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience working in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 within an SEN setting.
• Understanding of learning disabilities and different support strategies.
• A proactive, patient, and resilient attitude.
• An Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
• Availability for a full-time role.
