If you thrive in challenging yet rewarding environments and have experience working with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning needs, we want to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience working in UK classrooms, particularly early years or primary settings.
• A SEND Diploma or relevant qualification.
• Strong skills in 1:1 and small group support.
• Awareness of Dyslexia, Down syndrome, and other learning needs.
• An Enhanced DBS certificate (registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply).
• A dedicated and compassionate approach to supporting children’s development.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
• Assist pupils with special educational needs, ensuring they receive tailored support.
• Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Use effective behaviour management strategies to support students’ progress.
• Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to meet individual learning needs.
• Foster confidence, independence, and a love for learning in every child.
