Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? rTriibe is seeking a talented and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Salt End. You’ll work across Key Stages 1 to 5, supporting children with a variety of needs from Autism to SEMH, ensuring they receive a high standard of education tailored to their individual requirements.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in the classroom, working closely with the Teacher to provide essential support in both one-on-one and small group settings. Your expertise in dealing with complex behaviours and your understanding of conditions like ADHD, Down Syndrome, and dyslexia will be invaluable. With a proactive and committed approach, you’ll assist in the early development and growth of these young learners, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
