Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant – Early Years & Primary
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Rate: £85.04 – £95 per day
Contract Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work across Early Years and Primary settings in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of pupils with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
Assist class teachers in managing behaviour and delivering individualised support
Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
Support with personal care if required, in line with the pupil’s individual needs
Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and SENCOs
Requirements:
UK classroom experience is essential, but not required
Experience supporting SEND in Early Years and/or Primary settings
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Patient, compassionate, and adaptable personality
Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one
Available for Full-Time or Part-Time work
